Course Registration and Attendance

The 2025 Cellular Bioprocess Technology short course will be offered in a hybrid format - both online and on-site - from August 12th to August 15th, 2025.

The course fee is $4,200 USD for both online/virtual and on-site attendance. The last day of registration was July 11th, 2025. For inquiries, contact us at [email protected].

Included in the course fee are:

  • All lectures
  • A copy of the course notes in binder format (which will be shipped to online participants before the course or be handed to on-site participants)
  • Access to a pdf of the lecture notes and lecture recordings until the end of November 2025
  • Daily coffee breaks and refreshments.

Once your registration has been processed (allow 1–3 business days for email confirmation), an invoice will be sent to the email you provided (allow 3–7 business days). Upon receipt of the invoice, a payment via check, credit card, or electronic transfer may be made. Please note that payment must be received no later than three weeks prior to the course in order to guarantee a space.

Cancellation policy. Cancellation of registration must be made 4 weeks before the course start date to receive a full refund minus the credit card processing fee (if applicable). Cancellation between 1 and 4 weeks prior to the course will receive a refund minus a $350 fee. Cancellation within 1 week of the course will not receive a refund. By submitting the registration form, you are registering for the course, and cancellation arrangements must be made with [email protected] for any refund to be processed.

Visas for International Attendees. If you are an international attendee coming to the United States, please check your country’s qualifications for US visa applications. For many countries it can be a lengthy process; please allow ample time before the course to make sure you receive your visa on time. If you need an invitation letter, we would be glad to provide it—just send us an email.

 

 

Attending the Course

The course is held at Keller Hall on the east bank of the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, MN. Registrants will receive a campus map, more detailed information about transportation and the University, and other welcome materials the week before the course.

Hotel

The closest hotel (one block from the lecture hall) is The Graduate Hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott are about a 15 minute walk to the lecture hall, please call one of the hotels as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Airport & Transportation

The closest airport is Minneapolis−Saint Paul International (MSP). The Metro Transit light rail can take you directly from the airport to the Graduate Hotel and Keller Hall in about 40 minutes. It is a 25-minute trip by car.
